When classes moved online and over the radio, many scholars in the Philippines had no computer or even a transistor radio. ANCOP USA is collecting new or used laptops, tablets, desktop PCs or transistor radios — used devices in good working condition and no more than 4 years old. ANCOP provides internet cards to scholars where internet access is available.
How to donate a device
- Notify ANCOP. Email jojolaguna@yahoo.com or gcmiranda@yahoo.com for monitoring, reporting and acknowledgment, and email again after shipping.
- Optional software. If possible, keep Windows, Office or anti-virus applications installed — they help scholars.
- Tell us about it. Use our contact form with your name, city and state, and the device specifications and installed applications.
- Ship it. Send it to FOREX Cargo in California at your own (minimal) cost, labeled: ANCOP Foundation USA, 267 E Redondo Beach Blvd, Gardena, CA 90248 · 310-523-4080.
- Free onward shipping. Shipment from California to the Philippines is free, thanks to FOREX Cargo.
